A few weeks ago I was introduced to Liverpool by the wedding of the gorgeous Laura and Chris! a wedding at the Racquet Club which certainly stood out in the world of weddings, It was certainly one to remember!
So, you can tell I’m in the swing of the wedding season, as i’m now shooting 3 weddings a week, which means no time to blog at all sadly! I never got chance to post the sneak peek! So here is a much bigger blog post with their wonderful wedding all over it!
Laura and Chris got married in the heart of Liverpool at the absolutely stunning Racquet Club an old working mans club. As soon as you get to the building you’re greeted with the most grand set of doors, and through them I wasn’t disappointed one bit. With history surrounding you, it certainly was picturesque, and the perfect setting for a wedding! With that I went to have a sneaky look at the ceremony room prior to the wedding and Laura and Chris had decorated it so beautifully. With a stunning 1920s Great Gatsby theme, You couldn’t go wrong (Especially when my favourite movie is the great Gatsby!)
All throughout the wedding day Laura and Chris had booked a wedding entertainer, who was Howard Wing! It’s not very often I shoot weddings with Wedding entertainers, and my experience with them, is entertainers for the children. However Howard was a whole new world. Having no knowledge of Howard and his work, I soon was listening to him signing about falling in love with the grooms mum, dancing with various men, within minutes people was on their chairs dancing, a conga, but on top of that, some beautiful singing whilst the guests was at their wedding breakfast!
All day my face was killing from smiling and laughing so much, and you could tell that this was a wedding of 2 people clearly in love!
Here is only a small selection of the wedding photos, as there was so many, it was impossible to choose which ones to show, but here is my 50+ favourites from the day!
