Nanpantan Hall Wedding – Chris & Meg

Last summer I was lucky enough to spend the day with the oh so amazing Chris and Meg who had their special day at Nanpantan hall nestled away in Loughborough. We had a glorious summers day in the middle of July, which consisted of all the vintage goodness you could imagine. All the sunshine possible, So much laughter, love and fun. Lots of wilderness, and whats more, their little pup came along for the fun too. please tell me while you’re still here and not immersing yourself into this amazing wedding already?!

Nanpantan Hall Wedding – Chris & Meg

When you meet Chris and Meg, you can’t help but fall in love with them both. Both of them we’re so full of life and spontaneity in every moment of the day, it was so refreshing and exciting to be around. It also gave an amazing buzz for the day, that you just couldn’t help but catch onto as well.

For the day itself, we started getting ready at Nanpantan Hall itself in one of the amazing bedrooms. Upstairs was the ladies doing their own hair and makeup, and downstairs was the guys, chilling out in the ceremony room, enjoying a good chat, with the random outburst of dancing. Soon enough, the ceremony itself came around, and I was waiting at the front of the room with a slightly nervous Chris. It wasn’t long before Meg was walking down the Aisle with a very proud father and they was saying their vows.

Before long, we was all outside enjoying the summer sun, and going around exploring the vast and amazing grounds and untouched beauty of Nanpantan Hall, getting lost in the wilderness. For food, Chris and Meg had a beautiful personal touch, and the family all contributed to the most amazing tea party, where everyone had their own personal vintage tea-cup, accompanied with all the sandwiches and cake you could imagine. Then to finish off the afternoon tea, we had the best surprise of an ice cream van turning up. I couldn’t help but get myself a 99p ice cream! It certainly was inspo goals for a wedding!

To finish the night, we partied our way into the night which involved a lot of acoustic guitar, pizzas and giggles.

If you’re looking for the best inspo of how to create a vintage wedding yourself, then you best take a nosey down below!
