Last Weekend I was very lucky to spend the day with Sam & Brendan for their special wedding day In Nottingham. It was the first wedding I had shot in the whole new Covid-19 world and you know what. That didn’t stop this gorgeous couple having an amazing day!
Nottingham City & Wollaton Hall Wedding – Sam & Brendan
I Honestly thought I had lost all my weddings this year, thanks to the pandemic. However When Sam & Brendan got in contact with us, I was totally over the moon! Brendan is a friend of Richards that I last saw at our own wedding, and having shot at the Council House & Wollaton Hall both numerous times, I knew we was going to have a beautiful day!
We started the day briefly at the parents house getting ready, Followed by a beautiful and intimate ceremony at the council house. They opted to have their personal shots at Wollaton Hall, in the old ballroom, and on the roof – Which both are stunning, and the views are just incredible! Whatever the weather, you can’t go wrong with these beautiful areas of Wollaton Hall. On the way out, we managed to get a few sneaky snaps in the bird taxidermy room & staircase. Making the best of the quietness, and squeezing in some quirky last shots!
On the way back to the parents house, We took a quick stop in the Lace Market for some personal shots before the heavens decided to open, Gorgeous architecture and personal to both Sam & Brendan (Where they first met!) It would have been rude not to make a quick stop! Soon after we was back for the reception party, where I was then to depart, however i’m sure that these two had a incredible night!
I hope you’ve enjoyed this little highlight of a beautiful day! There is plenty more to come, But I couldnt resist sharing this with you!
